The Offering

Short Film (2017)

The Offering is a short film created for the 2017 Muslim Inter-Scholastic Tournament. It won the grand prize making it eligible to compete against other short films on the national level. 2017’s theme for the competition asked us to answer the question, “What does beauty mean in an imperfect world?”. We answered that question with the story below.

This film was created with no budget and was my first experience with filmmaking. I had the honor of directing, acting, and producing it with dear friends. Please, enjoy.
